Job summary

A PLUS MANPOWER SERVICES PTE LTD, a Singapore-based executive support agency, seeks a trustworthy Personal/Family Assistant and Private Driver to support a high-profile Chairman with daily travel, scheduling, and personal errands.

You will drive, arrange safe transport, assist with packing, remind medications, and accompany on local and overseas trips. Discretion, reliability, and good English and Mandarin are essential to handling confidential matters and adapting to an evolving timetable.

Qualifications

• Good command of English and Mandarin.
• Previous experience as Personal/Family Assistant or Private Driver preferred.
• Valid Class 3 Driving Licence with good driving experience.
• Good safety awareness and responsible attitude.
• Mature, discreet, reliable and detail-oriented.
• Able to adapt to the Chairman’s schedule and travel arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Accompany the Chairman for daily travel and appointments.
• Provide driving support and assist with basic safety arrangements.
• Assist with daily personal matters when not driving.
• Help with medication reminders, packing, luggage arrangement and daily needs.
• Be prepared to accompany the Chairman during local or overseas trips.
• Handle other personal and ad-hoc duties as required.
