Job summary

Bank of Singapore, Asia’s Global Private Bank, seeks an administrator to provide client service support to Relationship Managers in the Private Banking front office. You will handle client inquiries, monitor accounts, and prepare presentation materials for client engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client servicing or operations support in financial institutions.
• Bachelor degree or diploma from a reputable institution.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and client service support to Relationship Managers servicing Private Banking clients.
• Respond to client inquiries and instructions; provide resolutions to most issues.
• Monitor transactions and activities in client accounts.
• Support RMs in the provision of financial advisory services to clients.
• Maintain client data and reports (contact lists, account numbers, facilities details, etc.).
• Handle scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangements, meetings and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with Product Groups, Operations and other areas as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to internal and external regulations and policies.
