• Conduct comprehensive documentation reviews for both new client onboarding and periodic account evaluations.
• Provide clear guidance and advisory support to front office teams regarding documentation requirements and compliance standards.
• Perform regular maintenance and data updates within core banking systems to preserve database integrity.
• Identify data quality gaps and collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute appropriate remediation measures.
• Deliver regular progress updates and status reports to senior department management.

skills and experience required.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in account documentation & static data management within private banking.
• Hands-on familiarity with core banking tools, with exposure to banking systems such as Avaloq being highly advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail with proven organizational and task prioritization abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to communicate effectively across multiple internal teams.
