• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in client servicing or sales support within financial institutions.
• Solid understanding of financial products and services.
• Excellent communication and client interfacing skills.
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail, adaptable to change.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-department teamwork ability.
• Preferably CACS certified.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and client service support to Relationship Managers in private banking.
• Respond to client inquiries and instructions, delivering timely resolutions.
• Monitor client account transactions and activities.
• Support financial advisory services to clients as needed.
• Maintain client data and reports such as contacts and facilities details.
• Schedule appointments, prepare correspondence, arrange travel and meetings.
• Coordinate with Product Groups, Operations and other functions.
• Ensure adherence to internal and external regulations at all times.
