Job summary

Morgan McKinley seeks an Associate, Client Due Diligence to join our Relationship Management team in Singapore. You will support onboarding and ongoing reviews for HNW/UHNW clients, coordinating with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities include drafting CDD/KYC narratives, collecting and validating documentation, and ensuring compliance with AML/regulatory standards. Relevant banking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business/finance.
• Experience in banking or financial services with CDD/KYC exposure.
• Strong communication, analytics and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Relationship Managers to deliver CDD for HNW/UHNW clients and support onboarding and reviews.
• Draft and finalize comprehensive CDD reports covering client profiles, ownership, wealth sources and risk.
• Collect, validate and quality-check KYC documentation and address gaps to keep records accurate.
• Oversee case pipelines, monitor progress and coordinate to meet service levels and regulatory deadlines.
• Ensure KYC/CDD activities adhere to internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
