Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the Private Bank product suite, including investment solutions, banking and credit, and wealth planning.
• A minimum of 2–3 years' experience within the Private Banking industry is required.
• Proven ability to influence, collaborate and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Experience in mentoring or supporting peers and contributing to a high-performing team environment (non-people management).
• Excellent understanding of the client base, including key service providers and internal partner teams.
• Strong knowledge of risk and control frameworks and procedures.
• Experience using Avaloq & Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Managers in acquiring, onboarding, servicing and retaining clients to deliver business goals.
• Liaise with clients on complex servicing requests and manage end‑to‑end client experience.
• Collaborate with operations and other support functions to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Support risk and controls processes and ensure regulatory standards and internal policies are followed.
• Act as escalation point for complex issues and contribute to policy development and operational effectiveness.
