Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in Private Banking.
Strong understanding of Private Bank product suite and services.

Solid knowledge of banking operations, risk, and controls.
Experience mentoring peers and contributing to high-performing teams.
Familiarity with Avaloq and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Support Relationship Managers in acquiring, onboarding, servicing and retaining clients.
Liaise with operations and support functions to deliver client outcomes.
Establish strong client relationships and oversee service engagement plans.
Lead risk-related activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Provide training and guidance to colleagues and contribute to policy development.
