Recruit Ave in Singapore is seeking an articulate ARM support professional to assist Relationship Managers in developing client relationships, handling inquiries, and delivering timely service. You will help with onboarding, documentation, and market research to support investment recommendations and client presentations.

You will also monitor portfolios, provide updates on performance and market trends, and collaborate with compliance, operations, and credit to ensure a seamless client

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years ARM experience in private banking or priority banking.
• Must have CACS certifications.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with banking software systems.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Relationship Managers in managing and developing client relationships.
• Prepare and maintain client documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Conduct market research and prepare reports to support investment recommendations and client presentations.
• Facilitate onboarding process for new clients, ensuring documentation is completed accurately.
• Monitor client portfolios and provide regular updates on performance, market trends, and opportunities.
• Coordinate with compliance, operations, and credit to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support organization and execution of client events and meetings to enhance engagement.
• Assist in development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
