Job summary

CAREER STORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager (ARM) to support private banking clients in Singapore. The role involves assisting RMs with client engagement, onboarding, and account servicing to ensure seamless service delivery.

You will contribute to client satisfaction, manage administrative tasks, and help grow assets under management through cross-selling, while adhering to bank policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in private banking or financial services preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong administrative skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to deepen relationships and support RMs in delivering service.
• Support onboarding of new clients and servicing accounts.
• Handle transaction processing, report generation, and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist in cross-selling products and growing AUM alongside RMs.
• Ensure actions align with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Backup for RM to maintain uninterrupted client service.
