Job description

    You will be responsible for managing Key Clients who are HNIs and Ultra HNIs in Mumbai. Your role will involve providing expert relationship management experience as a Domain Expert. You will work closely with the Corporate and Institutional Banking team to drive the acquisition of Personal Banking and Wealth Management relationships for individuals such as Owner, Promotors, Directors, CFOs, and Corporate Treasuries Wealth.It will be crucial for you to anticipate and be sensitive to the shifting customer expectations and take proactive measures to ensure that Yes Bank remains ahead of its competitors. You are expected to have a strong working knowledge of client portfolios and products in order to increase business wallet share from HNI and Ultra HNI clients.Regular engagement with mapped relationships and maintaining the quality of the portfolio by ensuring profitability at each client level will be key aspects of your responsibilities. You will be required to showcase the full range of consumer and commercial banking products to existing and potential Key Clients and explore incremental business opportunities across all products.Your contribution to the development of new products and services by providing feedback from both yourself and customers to the respective Program Teams will be valued. Ensuring compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) requirements in all dealings with existing and potential customers is essential.Participation in cross-functional activities that promote collective responsibility towards the institution's bigger objectives will also be expected from you. Your position will be evaluated based on overall profitability and relationships at both a Relationship Manager (RM) level and client level.Please note that this position will be based out of the Corporate and Institutional Banking Office for the relevant location and will not be part of a specific branch.,
