An established industry player is seeking a Private Bank Operations Lead to enhance service delivery and oversight of Private Banking Operations in Singapore. This pivotal role involves managing client lifecycle and investment operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will lead a team, develop KPIs, and drive process improvements, all while fostering a culture of feedback and collaboration. You should possess an exceptionally strong understanding of Private Investment Banking, working and leading within an operations environment. You will have accountability for client lifecycle management, investment operations, and credit operations service performance. The role holder will be a Material Risk Personal (MRP) and therefore requires experience of Risk & Control frameworks. You will have direct line accountability for 4 operations colleagues. Fluency in Mandarin and/or Bahasa Indonesia will be a plus as the portfolio covers Greater China and Indonesia stakeholders, where language proficiency will help influence the function's direction, aligning with strategic and tactical priorities.
