Purpose of the role
To establish and nurture profitable partnerships with both corporate and individual clients, serving as the bridge between the bank's offerings and clients' needs to ensure mutual benefit and long-term success.
Accountabilities
- Manage client relationships by identifying financial goals, challenges, and risk tolerance; support data analysis from various sources to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Research and understand industry trends, regulatory landscape, and competitive environment to inform strategic recommendations.
- Design customized solutions addressing clients' specific needs, incorporating a range of bank products and services.
- Communicate the value proposition, justify recommendations, and negotiate beneficial terms for both the client and the bank.
- Provide guidance on financial decisions, offering investment advice, risk management, wealth strategies, and market updates to maintain positive relationships.
- Assess and manage financial, legal, and operational risks, implementing measures to minimize potential losses.
- Document all interactions, transactions, and agreements to ensure transparency and support product development and strategic planning.
- Monitor client satisfaction and revenue metrics to evaluate relationship management effectiveness.
