Our two-year Explorer programme develops your understanding across three key areas: Product, Strategy/Business Management, and Relationship Management. It offers two professional qualifications: IMC (mandatory in Year One) and CFA Level One (optional in Year Two). You will gain international exposure and build close relationships within our Corporate and Investment Bank, helping clients achieve their potential.

Who we're looking for
You should be pursuing an undergraduate degree with an expected completion between December 2025 and June 2026. Interest in finance and business, proactive nature, good communication skills, and a GPA of 3.2 or above are preferred. We value resourcefulness, teamwork, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrated through extracurricular activities.
