Our two-year Explorer programme develops your understanding across three key areas: Product, Strategy/Business Management, and Relationship Management. It offers two professional qualifications: IMC (mandatory in Year One) and CFA Level One (optional in Year Two). Who we're looking for

You should be pursuing an undergraduate degree with an expected completion between December 2025 and June 2026. Purpose of the role

To support the private bank and wealth management division by providing insights and expertise to aid decision-making, product development, and market opportunities.

Accountabilities

  • Conduct research projects, support strategic decisions, prepare presentations, and collaborate with management and clients.
  • Support business initiatives with cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Identify opportunities, develop business cases, and support the deployment of new products and services.
  • Manage client relationships and provide customer service, responding to inquiries and processing transactions.
  • Develop and implement financial models and strategies to support decision-making.
