Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate printing staff across all shifts.
• Monitor production schedules to ensure on-time completion of print jobs.
• Inspect printed materials to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain and troubleshoot printing equipment to reduce downtime.
• Train new staff on printing processes, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow.
• Manage inventory of printing supplies and initiate orders when necessary.
• Prepare reports on production output, quality issues, and staff performance.
• Partner with the QA team to conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive actions for quality non-conformance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Supervisor or Section Head in a printing plant, or at least 5 years as a Senior Operator in sheetfed printing.
• Strong knowledge of prepress-to-print workflow (mandatory).
• Proficient in operating common sheetfed printing press brands such as Mitsubishi, Ryobi MHI, Heidelberg, ManRoland, KBA, and Komori.
• Willing to work shifts.
