Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Printer Repair Specialist to maintain and repair various brands of copier machines and printers. The role requires hands-on experience and includes conducting inspections and providing technical advice to ensure high-quality service. Candidates should have a minimum of 'O'/ 'N' Level education and at least two years of relevant experience, with knowledge of specific brands being an advantage.

Job description

Printer Repair Specialist

• Work location: Pioneer
• Working hours: Mon - Thu (9am-6.30pm), Fri (9am - 6pm)
• Salary: $2,300 - $3,800

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain & hands-on repair/service any brand of copier machines / printers.
• Conduct quality inspection upon stock arrival.
• Conduct product testing with samples provided on copier machines / printers.
• Provide technical advice and report on quality of samples / products.
• Resolve customer complaint for faulty product at customer's premises when required.
• File and maintain samples sent for testing or faulty items etc.
• Any other tasks as assigned
  
  Job Requirements:
• Minimum 'O'/ 'N' Level & Above.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in repairing copier machines.
• Prior experience with servicing Ricoh, Canon, Toshiba,Konica Minolta, Xerox, Kyocera copier/printers will be an advantage.
• Familiar with copier/printer software applications, install and testing network connectivity on site.
