Job Summary

This role is a specialised engineering position that plays a critical part in supporting our aviation services division.

As an Engineer in our team, you will be responsible for applying advanced engineering principles to maintain and enhance the reliability and safety of aviation systems. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions that meet stringent industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement engineering production processes withalignment toproject timelines,specifications and operational needs.
• Develop, test, and implement engineering production processes foraviation equipment.
• Design,Develop and maintain tooling solutions for aviation processes.
• Ensure compliance with existing aviation process safety standards and company quality processes throughout all engineering tasks.
• Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, which may includemaintenance, operations, and quality assurance, to facilitate the smooth execution of engineering projects.
• Monitor and report on engineering project progress, identifying and mitigating risks proactively.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of engineering activities, including reports, manuals, and compliance records.
• Proactively available to work overtime as required to meet project deadlines.
• Overseas travel is required to support project requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience in specialised engineering roles within the aviation or defence sectors is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex engineering problems using innovative approaches.
• Priordesign and / or production experience in composites is highlyadvantageous.
• Experience with utilizing Teamcenter and Unigraphics with GD&T experienceis preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with aviation regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical information clearly and effectively across diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
