Job description

As a Technology strategist and evangelist specializing in leading organizations through digital transformation, you will leverage emerging technology to articulate strategies for delivering new products, business paradigms, and ecosystem partnerships that drive growth and increase operational efficiency. Your expertise in Industry Standards, OEM Standards, and Infosys Service Offerings in the Digital Workplace domain will enable you to provide solution advisory and transformation strategy to clients.You will consult, influence, guide, and steer customers on multi-year and multi-faceted evolutionary roadmaps that unlock user value and address underlying business problems. With hands-on experience in at least four Digital Workplace technology domains across two industry verticals, you will provide Cloud, Digital, and Security advisory to client executives and drive large transformation programs. Your role will involve offering technology advisory services to Client Executives on their digital workplace strategy & roadmap.As a trusted Technology advisor, you will lead large digital transformation programs, collaborating with multiple client stakeholders, business groups, and service providers. Your responsibilities will include providing best-fit architectural solutions, technology consultation, defining scope and sizing of work, and creating technology differentiation to ensure high-quality technical solutions and thought leadership. Efficient management of stakeholders and subject matter experts to align with business needs will be essential.You will liaise with various integration forums and internal governance committees, leading integrated solutions for large proposals or client programs. Monitoring the profitability of consulting/advisory engagements and program managing large consulting/advisory engagements will be part of your role. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate strong people skills, leadership capabilities, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills to handle internal and external stakeholders effectively.In your role, you will work in a global delivery environment, demonstrating the ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage complex technical solutions, and adapt to different roles as needed. Proficiency in Design Thinking, Systems Thinking, or Wicked Problem Solving will be beneficial. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, along with strong verbal and written communication abilities, are essential for success in this position. Your willingness to learn new technologies, stay updated on industry trends, and scale up quickly will be highly valued.,
