Job description

We are seeking an experienced Lead / Principal / Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and optimize scalable cloud-based software solutions while leading a team of engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering best practices in software development and DevOps.
• Design and develop secure, resilient, and scalable cloud-native applications.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for cloud automation using tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Ensure adherence to security standards, compliance regulations, and coding best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and develop architecture strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ extensive experience in software development and cloud-native application design
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and guiding engineering teams
• Proficiency in DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• In-depth knowledge of cloud security standards and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions
