Job summary
A leading company in infrastructure technology is seeking a maintenance technician for its District Cooling System and Retail Cooling Monitoring plants. Qualifications

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the maintenance of District Cooling System (DCS) plants and Retail Cooling Monitoring (RCM) plants.
- Carry out routine testing and inspections of plant equipment.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs of plant equipment.
- Support supervisor in calibrations and control troubleshooting as required.
- Maintain event logs for plant maintenance activities.
- Assist the supervisor in closing Work Orders / Service Requests in the Maintenance System.
- Support emergency and special operations as requested by the Operations team.
- Supervise externally sourced maintenance, collaborating with vendors on maintenance or troubleshooting activities.
- Assist the supervisor with routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting at customer heat exchanger stations.
- Assist the supervisor in submitting daily, weekly, and monthly reports for monitoring and financial purposes.
- Perform goods receipt and service entry functions in SAP.
- Man the overall security system via card access and CCTV.
- Uphold a safe operating environment, ensuring all maintenance activities comply with company policies, procedures, and government legislation. Understand safety requirements for Machine Guarding, LOTO, Permit to Work, Work at Height, Hot Work, and hazardous area classification.
- Rotate across different Keppel DHCS plant locations for training purposes, as assessed and decided by plant management.
- Perform other duties as reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor.
Job Requirements
- At least a NITEC certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Air-conditioning, or Control & Instrumentation, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with equipment maintenance in facility management or process plants.
- Basic knowledge of air-conditioning equipment functionality.
- Ability to read and understand electrical, pneumatic, P&IDs, and basic mechanical or parts drawings and manufacturer manuals.
- Experience with operating computerized BMS is an advantage; training will be provided.
- Strong team-player with good communication skills.
- Able to perform shift duties as required.
