THE COMPANY
Our Client is a renowned organisation in the Semiconductor industry with a strong presence worldwide. They are looking for a Principal/Senior Equipment Engineer to manage the wet process equipment in a wafer fabrication facility, reporting to the Operations Director.

THE ROLE
The Principal/Senior Equipment Engineer is responsible for:

• Own the performance, reliability, and uptime of assigned wet process equipment.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for equipment failures.
• Collaborate with process engineering, facilities, and tool vendors for continuous improvement and tool upgrades.
• Lead preventative maintenance planning and mentor junior engineers and technicians on tool operation and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience with wet equipment in a semiconductor fab environment.
• Familiarity with SPC, FDC, and equipment performance metrics.
