Responsibilities
- Spearhead client engagements from initial discovery and problem framing through to strategic roadmap and implementation planning.
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior clients, helping them navigate complex product, technology, and organizational challenges.
- Drive innovation by aligning digital solutions with strategic goals, balancing user needs with technical and business feasibility.
- Champion product and engineering best practices to foster a culture of sustainability, scalability, and measurable impact within client organizations.
- Mentor and develop other product managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Act as a thought leader, representing our organization in cross-agency forums and industry events.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, digital consulting, or a related field, with a track record of leading complex initiatives.
- Proven ability to deliver impactful results in both new (greenfield) and existing (brownfield) technology environments.
- Exceptional systems-thinking skills, with the ability to connect high-level business strategy to concrete product execution.
- Deep expertise in agile methodologies, product discovery, user research, and iterative delivery.
- Outstanding facilitation and communication skills, with the confidence to engage with C-level executives and frontline teams alike.
