Job summary

Electronic Arts in Singapore seeks a Principal Product Designer to shape the long-term vision for player and creator tools and mentor peers across the design team. You will set high standards for quality, lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Architecture, and champion innovative prototyping with AI integration.

You will also act as a design ambassador in executive discussions, ensuring craft excellence and a coherent design strategy across the studio.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product design, UX/UI, or related fields.
• Expert-level understanding of creator platforms and design trends.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end design of complex digital products as an IC.
• Ability to deliver executive-level design presentations and prototyping materials.
• Extensive collaboration with technical and product partners.

Responsibilities

• Establish the core player/creator experience vision, anti-vision, and success criteria.
• Tackle complex cross-boundary challenges and translate capabilities into simple experiences.
• Prototype high-risk/high-impact areas and embed AI tools into design delivery.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, and Architecture.
• Represent the design perspective in executive discussions and trade-offs.
• Mentor peers and junior designers and raise design craft standards.
