Job Summary

We’re looking for a Principal Process Engineer to join our Singapore team. As a Principal Process Engineer, you will be responsible for undertaking Process engineering design work with true regard to Safety both in design detail and engineering design execution.

Responsibilities include providing definition of the Process engineering work in the Project, design approach or criteria by skill and experience, and estimating Process manhours for any job using the current Process manhour norms.

Responsibilities

• Undertake Process engineering design work in compliance with national, state, and client asset Codes & Standards.
• Assist in the recruitment and development of Process & Graduate Process engineers.
• Keep all Process documentation in a state of readiness for Audit purposes.
• Supervision of technical detail, budget, and schedule of Process design in Project work where requested by the Lead Process Engineer.
• Liaison with client, vendors, and outside parties in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical Engineering) or equivalent.
• More than 15 years process engineering experience in design/operations support related to the FPSO/offshore sector, with at least 5 years in lead position.
• Computer skills particularly of process simulation packages such as HYSYS and PRO/11 and in commercial software including databases, spreadsheets, and word processing packages.
• Experience in the development of process flow diagrams, heat and mass balances, and piping and instrument diagrams.
