Our Client, a well-known & established company in the preschool education sector, is looking for passionate educators to join their various Centres as Principals / Vice Principals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Determine the requirements that must be met regarding licensing, health & safety regulations from the start & local regulatory agencies
  • Work closely with agencies to meet requirements
  • Mentor the teachers to facilitate collaborative approaches to learning, teaching & evaluation so as to raise performance standards and competencies
  • Provide leadership for setting overall goals for the school as a basis for curriculum objectives
  • Prepare budget & control budget expenditures
  • Collect tuition fee & manage disbursement of cash for purchases
  • Keep adequate records of income and expenditures
  • Prepare monthly reports for the board & senior management

REQUIREMENTS

  • Min. Diploma in Early Childhood Education - Teaching & Leadership is a must
  • Possess teaching & preferably management experience in a preschool setting
  • Creative & inspiring with loving energy
  • Excellent communication & classroom management skills
