Principal/Master Technical Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for a Master Technical Analyst who can bridge the gap between technical expertise and business strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of technical knowledge in the power sector, combined with the ability to identify business opportunities, build relationships and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Analysis: Collaborate with business units to gather and document technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Solution Assessment: Evaluate and recommend technical solutions that meet business specifications and enhance operational efficiency.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical reports, documentation, and system specifications to support project execution.
• Project Performance Monitoring: Oversee project progress, identify potential issues, and implement necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ecosystem Development: Build strong partnerships with external stakeholders and contribute to the development of a robust technology ecosystem.
• Technical Support & Training: Provide technical assistance and training to end users, ensuring seamless adoption of new systems and tools.
• Technology Advancement: Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance business operations.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Power Engineering, or a related field with extensive project experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Analyst or similar capacity in Engineering industry.
• Demonstrate ability to apply business acumen with a blend of technical expertise to drive innovation and success.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across teams and external partners.
• Proven project management expertise, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
