About the Team
We're a team of highly experienced Global Solution and Deployment Strategists dedicated to helping strategic and sophisticated Financial and Professional Services Automation clients. We guide customers through the efficient solution design and deployment approach for Workday's financial subscription and deployment services. Working hand-in-hand with Workday Sales, Solution Consultants, Value Management, and Deployment Partners, we drive new business and expand existing accounts by offering deep product and deployment expertise.About the Role
You will be responsible for assisting in the solution development, definition of deployment approach, cost estimate, and optimal phasing of all strategic Financials Subscription and Professional Services opportunity support activities in your area. You will be a key team member of the Workday sales team, working alongside the Workday Account Executives, Presales teams, Value Management and Solution Enablement, driving subscription sales and services business.
You'll use your experience with consulting sales and project delivery to help prospects put together a plan for a successful project, including solution architecture, resources, timeline, and costs. You'll employ effective selling strategies to successfully position Workday’s SaaS Solutions, and complimentary partner offering’s, as the efficient, modern alternative, and you will be an expert in Workday’s innovative deployment methodology. You will work closely with Workday Service Partners to help them plan successful projects and grow their business. If you have a stellar consulting delivery and sales track record, are a self starter, and love working in a multifaceted environment, then Workday is the place for you.
Responsibilities:
• Understand the competitive landscape and prospect needs so you can effectively position the value of Workday’s innovative Financials solutions within the Workday ecosystem, including Industry-specific solutions, Partner Solutions, and other elements of a customer solution.
• Work with the sales team to position the optimal financial customer experience and deployment approach for prospect accounts.
• Conduct Financials-centric graphical discovery sessions with new and existing customers to facilitate an approach to applying Workday use cases to meet business objectives.
• Drive detailed discovery to help prospects formulate end-to-end solutions using Workday’s Industry and strategic third party solutions as part of their initial Workday deployment or as an extension to their Workday platform.
• Nurture mutually beneficial relationships with Workday Service Partners .
