Principal Engineering Lead

Our client, a prestigious blue-chip insurance firm with a global footprint, is seeking a Principal Engineering Lead to drive their digital transformation initiatives. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll architect and deliver innovative web solutions while guiding a world-class engineering team.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the design and development of cutting-edge digital platforms and scalable web applications.

2. Set the technical vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with digital transformation goals.

3. Manage and mentor a high-performing engineering team to deliver complex, enterprise-level solutions.

4. Collaborate with global stakeholders, driving alignment and technical excellence.

Requirements

1. Over 10 years of hands-on engineering experience, particularly with Angular, .NET, and Java.

2. Proven track record in leading engineering teams and delivering large-scale enterprise applications.

3. Familiar with cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.

4. Strong communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders across regions.
