Job Scope
Lead Regional Security Strategy: Design and implement cutting-edge security measures and intelligence programs across APAC to proactively mitigate risks and support business growth.
Drive Risk-Based Decision Making: Champion a collaborative, risk-informed approach to security that empowers business operations and future opportunities.
Conduct High-Impact Security Assessments: Lead comprehensive risk assessments across multiple regional offices and manufacturing sites.
Protect What Matters Most: Ensure the safety of employees, facilities, and critical assets through proactive threat management and rapid response to incidents.
Shape Policy and Compliance: Develop and enforce security policies aligned with global standards and local regulations.
Lead Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations to protect company assets and uphold integrity.
Crisis Management: Respond to emergencies such as sabotage, natural disasters, and threats, coordinating with internal teams and law enforcement.
Manage Security Operations: Oversee security manpower contracts, systems, and controls across the region.
Foster a Culture of Safety: Promote and support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) programs.
Mentor and Inspire: Guide junior colleagues and develop future leaders within the security function.
Innovate Through Networking: Leverage global best practices and industry networks to keep our security capabilities at the forefront of the semiconductor industry.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in regional or global security leadership, preferably in high-tech or semiconductor environments.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in technical or security related field.
Strong understanding of physical security, risk management, crisis response, and regulatory compliance.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work across diverse teams and stakeholders.
A passion for innovation and continuous improvement in security technologies and practices.
