Job summary

GlobalFoundries seeks a highly skilled Experienced CMP Process Engineer for our Singapore 300mm Advanced Packaging Center, part of the Unit Module Development team to achieve key milestones.

You will create, analyze and review technical charts; develop and modify process formulations, methods and controls to meet quality standards; establish SOP and FMEA for related process; review product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods to determine costs and schedules.

Qualifications

• Degree or Master’s Degree in any engineering/science related field.
• 5–7 years of working experience in electrical/electronics industry.

Responsibilities

• Create, analyze and review technical charts
• Develop and modify process formulations, methods and controls to meet quality standards
• Establish SOP and FMEA for related process
• Review product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods to determine costs and schedules
• Integrates equipment and material capabilities to meet process module and technology specifications
• Drive CIP to improve process performance indices
• Work with cross functions teams to deliver organizational goals
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements
• Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed

Giga Fab is seeking highly skilled and motivated Experienced CMP Process Engineer to become part of our starting 300mm Advance Packaging Center, Singapore and the Unit Module Developent team to achieve the key milestones.

Job Responsibilities

• Create, analyze and review technical charts
• Develop and modify process formulations, methods and controls to meet quality standards
• Establish SOP (Standard operating process) and FMEA (Failure mode and effects analysis) for related process
• Review product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods to determine costs and schedules
• Integrates equipment and material capabilities to meet process module and technology specifications
• Drive CIP (Continuous improvement plans) to improve process performance indices
• Work with cross functions teams to deliver organizational goals
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements
• Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed
