Job summary

GF GlobalFoundries in Singapore invites an Experienced CMP Process Engineer to join our 300mm Advanced Packaging Center. You will help develop and review process formulations, SOPs and control plans to meet strict quality standards.

Ideal candidates hold a degree or Master’s in engineering/science and have 5–7 years in electrical/electronics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver milestones in a safe, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or Master’s Degree in any engineering/science related field.
• 5 - 7 years of working experience in electrical / electronics industry.

Responsibilities

• Create, analyze and review technical charts.
• Develop and modify process formulations, methods and controls to meet quality standards.
• Establish SOP (Standard operating process) and FMEA (Failure mode and effects analysis) for related process.
• Review product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods to determine costs and schedules.
• Integrates equipment and material capabilities to meet process module and technology specifications.
• Drive CIP (Continuous improvement plans) to improve process performance indices.
• Work with cross functions teams to deliver organizational goals.
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.
• Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed.

Giga Fab is seeking highly skilled and motivated Experienced CMP Process Engineer to become part of our starting 300mm Advance Packaging Center, Singapore and the Unit Module Developent team to achieve the key milestones.

Job Responsibilities
