We are seeking a Principal Engineer to join our Diffusion WET team. You will be responsible for daily operations in the Diffusion WET Equipment modules.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure quality and productivity.
• Providing 24×7 support for troubleshooting equipment and resolving issues on the factory floor.
• Maintaining documentation for equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Developing continuous improvements to enhance equipment reliability and reduce ownership costs.
• Driving innovation in factory automation, processes, and systems to improve productivity.
• Coordinating, supervising, and developing a team of high-performance equipment engineers.

Qualifications and skills:

• Degree in Chemical, Electrical & Electronics, Materials, Mechanical, Microelectronics, Physics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience working with WET equipment or related modules.
• Highly motivated with strong teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a quality-first mindset.
