Cundall Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Electrical Building Services expert to join our Singapore office.

You will lead a team of engineers and technicians, delivering innovative electrical design solutions for a range of exciting projects in Singapore and the region. The role requires Chartered Engineer or PE with PEB Singapore, a degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering, and a strong track record in consultancy.

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer OR Professional Engineer license with PEB Singapore, and degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering, with substantial consultancy experience in electrical engineering within building services.
• Proven technical expertise in relevant design software and a portfolio demonstrating quality and client‑focussed design.
• Experience leading multiple large‑scale projects and teams with a passion for creative/intuitive design.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and technicians to deliver innovative electrical design solutions for projects in Singapore and regionally.
• Develop and nurture client relationships to maximise satisfaction and drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to ensure technically excellent, profitable projects.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and client-focused Electrical Building Services expert to join our team at our diverse office in Singapore, to play a leading role in ensuring the successful delivery innovative electrical design solutions for some of the most exciting building projects in Singapore and regionally.

Working across a variety of sectors such as Education, Commercial, Healthcare, Retail and Critical Systems, you will lead a team of engineers and technicians, and work closely with colleagues of various disciplines to manage the delivery of technically‑excellent, profitable projects.

You will develop new and nurture existing client relationships that maximise satisfaction and ensure repeat business, and will use your wealth of expertise and determination to manage, motivate and inspire less experienced engineers.

The Skills

A Chartered Engineer OR holding a Professional Engineer license with PEB Singapore and educated to degree level in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering (MEng or BEng or equivalent) having gained vast engineering consultancy experience in an Electrical Engineering role within a building services context (electrical distribution and power generation, lighting design, security systems etc.), you have proven your technical expertise in relevant design software, and have a portfolio of experience demonstrating your quality and client focussed approach.

In your most recent position you have consistently demonstrated your ability to manage multiple large scale projects and teams to deliver to, and exceed client expectations, and crucially – you have a passion for creative and intuitive design.

Given the collaborative and client focused nature of this role, excellent communication and project management skills are essential.
