Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in system engineering, distributed computing, or AI/ML software development.
• Active upstream contributor or maintainer in open-source communities.
• Experience with SDLC, CI/CD, and robust testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Embed with strategic customers to resolve engineering blockers and integrate with enterprise platforms.
• Architect future-proof solutions across multiple subsystems.
• Lead performance tuning and telemetry to optimize guardrails and engine designs.
• Mentor and develop engineering talent within APAC.
