Job summary

LEE HUAT YAP KEE & CO PTE. LTD. is seeking a reliable lorry driver to transport goods across locations in Singapore. You will operate road tankers and packed stock per schedule, ensure roadworthiness, and report faults promptly.

You must be familiar with local roads, able to work independently, and uphold safety, compliance, and customer service standards. Prior experience at PSA/Jurong Port or MSW Terminal is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Primary/Secondary/O-Level or equivalent.
• Class 4/5 driving license is required.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and local routes.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• Maintain good driving records and safety mindset.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience (PSA/Jurong Port/MSW).

Responsibilities

• Transport goods and cargo from one location to another location.
• Transport road tanker and packed stock according to schedule.
• Comply with local regulations, company procedures & PATROM requirements.
• Ensure proper handling of customer goods.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report faults to Planner.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Job description

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Transport goods and cargo from one location to another location


• Transport road tanker and packed stock according to the assigned schedule


• Compliance to the local regulations / company procedures & PATROM requirements strictly


• Ensure proper handling of customer goods


• Carry out daily checks to ensure vehicle’s road worthiness before use & maintain vehicle and report any faults immediately to Planner for rectification


• Other duties assigned by Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least Primary / Secondary School / "O" Level or equivalent


• Minimum Class 4 / 5 driving license


• Familiar with Singapore roads


• Capable to work independently


• Willing to take responsibility and accountability of their role


• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in PSA, Jurong Port and Penjuru / MSW Terminal


• Good driving records
