Job summary

Kim Hock Corporation Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a driver responsible for scrap metal and waste wood collection/delivery between customers and company yards. You will handle safe loading/unloading, ensure weight/amount accuracy, and maintain vehicle cleanliness.

The role requires a Class 5 license, at least 1 year driving prime movers/trailers, and willingness to work overtime in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for scrap metal / waste wood collection/delivery between customers’ premises and/or company’s yards.
• Responsible for safe loading & unloading work.
• Check & account for amount/weight of material collected and delivered.
• Responsible for assigned lorry’s cleanliness and upkeep/maintenance.
• Report any issue / fault with the lorry that you are driving timely.
• Adopt good workplace, safety & health (WSH) standards and implement safe work practices; follow Health, Safety, Environment’s (HSE) rules, regulations and advisory.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Vehicle Controller / Management.
