As a Treasury Operations Analyst in Prime Financial Services, you will ensure that exchange margin requirements and intercompany funding are met accurately and promptly, fulfilling our obligations as a member of the global exchanges. JP Morgan is a clearing member for most of the exchanges worldwide. Your focus will be on listed derivative exchanges globally. The Singapore Regional Operations Centre (ROC) will serve as JP Morgan's preferred hub for operational support for our listed derivatives business. You will have the opportunity to be exposed to the latest automation tools and FINTECH developments, embracing these new tools to enhance process delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for the group from an ASIAPAC strategic standpoint
• Process all funding requirements and margin calls accurately and promptly, both at the exchange and internally
• Perform FX operations for restricted currencies accurately and timely
• Be aware of appropriate escalation procedures when issues arise
• Review and check production output from a control perspective
• Regularly review processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and control
• Keep all procedures up-to-date and easily accessible
• Handle ad hoc requests and queries from the team appropriately
• Stay updated with the latest automation tools and deploy them where applicable

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines
• Knowledge of futures and options
• Excellent client focus and customer care practices
• Flexible attitude towards working hours as required
• Strong curiosity for process improvements and a positive change mindset
• Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure
• Good time management skills to meet deadlines
• Proficiency with PC and a willingness to learn and deploy new technologies for automation and workflow streamlining
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Experience in the financial industry preferred
• Knowledge of ASPAC markets is advantageous
• Ability to speak and understand Mandarin is preferred, as there may be a need to communicate with clients and regional teams in Mandarin
