Job description

Overview

Required Business Analyst with 10 years of strong Cards domain and functionalities experience to work from Singapore.

Must have:

• Overall Exp - 10 years
• Language: English proficiency is essential
• Cards Domain exp is a must
• Prior experience in Cards projects & Platform Implementations

Nice to have: TSYS or any other Cards Product/Platform experience – TS PRIME, TS2 or any equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Building a strong understanding of end-to-end Cards domain & functionalities within (e.g., Collections, Payments, Interest Calculation, Instalments), user journeys & processes, and their supporting technologies.
• Work with end customer team(s) and internal TSYS colleagues.
• Accurately and efficiently elicit, challenge, and document scope, processes & requirements.
• Producing high-quality business and technical analysis deliverables, including but not limited to, functional and non-functional specifications, ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ process models.
• Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the entire change lifecycle.
• Applying BA best practices and insights that challenge the business to think about the “right” solution.
• Building relationships and trust with senior stakeholders, understanding goals, objectives, and desired outcomes, and engaging them effectively.
• Maintaining a close working relationship with Project Management, PMO, Product Manager, and IT colleagues.
• Collaborating with BA colleagues to implement continual improvements in Business Analysis practices.
