Job summary

Nanyang Asia College Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Primary/Secondary English & Mathematics Teacher to deliver engaging lessons aligned with MOE or international standards in a supportive classroom.

You will assess students, maintain records, support EduTrust compliance, and communicate with parents to foster holistic development. English fluency required; Mandarin a plus. This on-site role requires a recognized teaching qualification and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and recognized teaching qualification.
• Familiarity with the Singapore MOE curriculum and examination formats.
• Understanding of EduTrust certification requirements.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Teaching: Plan and deliver English/Mathematics lessons aligned with the Singapore MOE syllabus or international standards, fostering a positive and interactive learning environment.
• Assessment: Design tests and assignments, track student progress, provide timely feedback, and maintain accurate academic records.
• EduTrust Compliance: Strictly record daily attendance and follow up on absenteeism. Maintain comprehensive archives of lesson plans, assessments, and student records to ensure readiness for audits. Assist with EduTrust certification audits and quality assurance reviews. Adhere strictly to student welfare and protection policies.
• Communication: Regularly update parents on student performance and support holistic student development.
