Job summary

A leading education provider seeks Primary Science Teachers for both full-time and part-time roles situated in the West area of Singapore. Successful candidates will be responsible for lesson preparation, supervision, and feedback provision, ensuring quality education and support for students. Candidates must have at least a diploma and a year of relevant teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Diploma required.
• At least 1 year of relevant teaching experience.
• Experience in preparing and conducting lessons for Primary Science.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct lessons as per syllabus.
• Monitor and report on student performance.
• Participate in programme review meetings.

Job description

Teachers needed:

• Primary Science

**Full Time: $2600-3200 per month (commensurate with experience)**

**Part Time: $25 to $35 per hour (commensurate with experience)**

Working hours:

Full Time: Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm

Part Time: Mon-Fri between 9am to 3.30pm

Location: West

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and conduct lessons according to the course syllabus and scheme of work

• Provide necessary supervision to the students and report students’ discipline issues to the Student Affairs staff

• Schedule and prepare examination papers and assignments

• Monitor the performance and progress of each student, including academic counselling

• Give feedback to Management about the continual improvement of the class performance

• Mark and grade all course work, assignments and examination papers

• Give feedback to Management on the course proceedings at the end of semester/course/modules

• Participate in programme review meetings

Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma

• At least 1 year of relevant experience
