You will handle lab resource management, housekeeping and safety, inventory and safety logistics, and program support for science activities, collaborating with teachers to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec or Higher Nitec in Science, Biotechnology, or a matching technical discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience directly assisting a school's Science department with daily lab administration and operational routines.
• Prior experience in a primary school setting is advantageous.
• Proficient in operating basic laboratory apparatus and maintaining a digital stock book using PowerPoint or Excel.
• Fluent in written and spoken English with strong organizational, communication, and basic analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lab Resource Management: Prepare resources and materials for Science activities and track/label assets.
• Housekeeping & Safety Compliance: Keep labs clean, organized, and safe; dispose of hazardous waste properly.
• Inventory & Safety Logistics: Conduct biannual stock-takes and monitor safety equipment.
• Program Support: Assist teaching staff with lab etiquette briefings and logistics for school Science competitions.
