Job description

Description

  • Organise, arrange, and clear materials and equipment in accordance with the lesson plans or teacher instructions
  • Assist in the creation of teaching resources such as cutting, laminating, etc., including tasks like printing, scanning, and photocopying
  • Perform other assigned tasks and/or assist in the preparation of instructional materials as required by the school or department
  • Ensure all science apparatus is operational, clean, and safe for classroom use, and that storage areas are orderly
  • Manage teachers’ equipment loan requests
  • Keep precise inventory records, including stock audits, replenishment, repairs, and replacements
  • Systematically organise materials with proper labeling within storage or resource areas
  • Making sure that inspection checklists, and documentation related to lab operations, equipment upkeep, and student practical work record are updated

Requirement

  • Minimium NITEC Qualification and above
  • At least 2 years of working experience in curriculum and administrative support in MOE schools
  • Basic knowledge of laboratory equipment (at primary education level)
  • Basic computer skills (e.g, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  • Experience with digital science tools (e.g., sensors, simple data loggers) is an added advantage
