Job summary

COCO EDUCATION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking dedicated Science Teachers to spark curiosity and confidence in primary students, whether preparing for exams or competitive events.

You will deliver engaging lessons, adapt content for PSLE and Olympiads, and collaborate with parents. The role requires evenings/weekends and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science or related field.
• Experience in Science competitions/Olympiads is advantageous.
• Teaching experience in Science / O-Level Science preferred.
• MOE school background is a bonus.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Science lessons using provided materials and structured plans.
• Teach key concepts and sharpen students' problem-solving skills.
• Guide and prepare students for Science Olympiads and PSLE Science.
• Develop or improve teaching content and curriculum.
• Keep parents updated on students' learning and progress.
• Manage classrooms (up to 15 students per class).
• Conduct online classes and use digital systems confidently.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Science lessons using provided materials and structured plans
• Teach key concepts and sharpen students' problem-solving skills
• Guide and prepare students for Science Olympiads and PSLE Science
• Develop or improve teaching content and curriculum

• Manage fun, focused classrooms (up to 15 students per class)
• Conduct online classes and use our digital systems confidently

About you

• A Bachelor's Degree (Science-related fields preferred)
• Experience in Science Competitions/Olympiads is a strong advantage
• Teaching experience in Science / O-Level Science preferred
• Background in MOE schools is a bonus
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking parents)
