Job summary

Onion Search Pte Ltd is seeking a Commercial Development Associate (Tank Operations) to support pricing, vendor management and compliance within a fast-paced logistics environment in Singapore. The role interfaces with customers, vendors, and operations to ensure accurate pricing and timely responses.

Key tasks include processing rate requests, updating vendor data, supporting annual audits, and cross-functional collaboration with regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years in operations, supply chain, logistics or procurement.

Responsibilities

• Commercial and Pricing Support: process rate requests, coordinate with teams and vendors to obtain pricing, validate vendor rates, ensure timely quotations and maintain sales email box.
• Procurement and Vendor Management: enter/maintain pricing and vendor data, verify pricing agreements, communicate with vendors, flag discrepancies, maintain vendor records and relationships, track service performance.
• Vendor Audits and Compliance Support: coordinate annual vendor audits, collect updated information, maintain audit records.
• Administrative and Cross-functional Support: assist Regional Manager with operational needs and future opportunities.
