In this role, you will establish relationships with regional sales and other functional leadership and align agreement pricing with the regional priorities.

Job responsibilities
  • Lead pricing models, support sales teams, and navigate cross-functional collaboration to achieve optimal agreement structures along with overseeing global pricing strategies, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement in pricing policies and processes.
  • Develop product expertise and leverage cloud or industry understanding to address customer needs and win agreements.
  • Foster partnerships across teams (e.g., Sales, Finance, Product) to shape issues and drive business outcomes.
  • Apply fundamental thinking to take on problems, engage executive leadership, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive business outcomes. Contribute to building a team, demonstrate initiative and entrepreneurship, and embody Google's values.
  • Guide the team on pricing strategies and best practices related to the evolving cloud landscape.
Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 6 years of experience with infrastructure Business-to-Business (B2B) pricing or business strategy.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin to communicate with different regional customers and stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications
  • Technical experience (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics, engineering).
  • Experience working on agreement pricing with sales or customers.
  • Excellent spreadsheet modeling and quantitative analysis skills.
