Job summary

LOTTE Travel Retail Singapore is seeking a Pricing Analyst to analyze pricing strategies and build pricing models to optimize revenue and profitability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management to ensure data-driven decisions within a dynamic airport retail environment.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, advanced Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP), and experience in pricing or retail analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
2+ years in pricing analysis or similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and modeling.
Advanced Excel skills with Pivot and VLOOKUP.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience in the retail industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain in-house pricing database.
Collect, analyze pricing data and present to management.
Analyze trends and competitor pricing to ensure compliance with lowest price commitments.
Communicate with landlord on pricing submissions monthly.
Perform pricing analysis to identify gaps in pricing.
Develop and maintain pricing models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pricing strategies.
Monitor pricing performance and adjust as needed.
Conduct monthly price reviews and adjustments.
Travel regionally to conduct price checks as needed.
Support pricing-related projects and initiatives.
Other duties as assigned.
