Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented material handling specialist to support cleanroom operations in Singapore. You will safely manage quartz and mechanical components with Polyflow washing systems under strict SOPs, and ensure accurate records across the ERP/WMS platform.

You will also handle incoming part receipts, verification, and kit/issue to engineering teams, coordinate RMAs for vendor repairs, and maintain compliance with Class 10/100 cleanroom and PPE

Responsibilities

• Cleanroom & Equipment Operations: Safely handle, inspect, and clean fragile quartz and mechanical components using Polyflow automated washing machines according to strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Inventory & Logistics Management: Manage the physical receipt, unpacking, and verification of incoming parts against documentation. Safely kit and issue parts to engineering teams.
• Repair Tracking: Coordinate the outbound logistics for parts requiring external vendor repair, including creating RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) and tracking turnaround times.
• Data Integrity: Promptly update the inventory management system (ERP/WMS) to reflect stock movements, repairs, and scrap. Maintain flawless digital records.
• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to Class 10/100 cleanroom protocols, chemical safety guidelines, and proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
