Preventive Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining food production equipment.

1. Execute emergency breakdown protocols.
2. Assist in resolving downtime issues.
3. Clean equipment and maintain hygiene standards for production, including after installation and repairs.
4. Coordinate maintenance work, sometimes working with contractors.
5. Ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety regulations during setup and maintenance of food manufacturing equipment.
6. Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
7. Possess basic electrical and refrigeration knowledge.
8. Prepare maintenance reports and records related to assigned tasks.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of maintenance or engineering experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
2. O Level / NTC3 or NITEC in Mechanical Engineering.
3. Ability to perform shifts and willingness to learn new skills.
4. Positive work attitude.
