Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a design professional to produce high-quality presentations across various formats. You will enhance slides, collaborate with the Creative Director, and assist with pitch book materials for global clients.

Ideal candidates have a design diploma, 4+ years of Adobe CC experience, and strong MS Office skills.You will work in a fast-paced, 24/7 department to deliver accurate, on-brand visuals.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Design or related field.
• Experience proofreading presentations.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe CC apps (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Understanding GenAI usage in Firefly and Adobe CC apps.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality presentations in formats including conceptual and layout designs, video/photo editing, data visualization, infographics, icons.
• Enhance slides and presentations into visually engaging formats.
• Work within the graphics and presentations team on busy project loads.
• Collaborate with Project Coordinators and Creative Director on design projects.
• Assist with pitch book production using MS Office and provide visual solutions.

Job description

Duties:

• Produce high-quality presentations in a range of formats including conceptual designs, layout designs, video and photo editing, data visualization, graphs, charts, infographics, illustrations, icons, etc.

• Enhance slides and presentations into visually engaging format

• Working as part of the graphics and presentations team in a busy 24/7 department that produces pitch book materials and other marketing collateral.

• Work alongside Project Coordinators and/or Creative Director on design projects

• Assist with the production of pitch book materials using MS Office packages and offer conceptual and visual solutions to enhance client materials.

• Communicate with senior-level clients to understand their concepts and interpret them visually. Presentations are frequently created for multiple purposes, so the designer should be able to shift gears and adapt to different requirements.

• Ensure work adheres to all best practices and style guidelines, unless otherwise specified and work toward 100% accuracy against style and brief.

• Organize work effectively to ensure deadlines are met

• Proactively raise creative ideas and emerging trends in line with the business objectives

• Ensure that a smooth handover occurs with Presentations colleagues, as well as design teams

• Escalate any staff or client issues in a timely manner

• Proactively engage with clients to take detailed specifications and work briefs and then ensure such instructions are recorded for global designers to use

• Record and summarize client instructions for designers and brief them on client requirements, if needed

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Design or related.

• Experience of proofreading presentations

• Advanced knowledge (work experience of at least 4 years) of Adobe Creative Cloud design apps (i.e., Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Professional)

• Advanced knowledge (work experience of at least 4 years) of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)

• Understanding of foundational GenAI usage/application in Firefly and Adobe CC apps

• Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances require

• Proven organization and time management skills

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Mon-Fri 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm - No need to work OT.
