Preschool Vice Principal

Responsibilities:

1. Support principal to manage the daily operations of the centre
2. Support in marketing efforts to achieve enrolment targets
3. Manage manpower related issues (e.g. duty roster, training and development)
4. Work within licensing and regulatory requirements
5. Coach and mentor fellow teaching professionals to raise productivity and performance
6. Support team in the planning and execution of curriculum development and delivery
7. Teacher and parent management
8. Lead in organizing and execution of Company's related events

Requirements:

1. Preferably a Degree in Early Childhood Education
2. Certificate in Special Needs or related field will be an added advantage
3. At least 2 years of experience in leadership role
