Job Summary:

• 44 Hours (5 Days Work Week)

• Multiple Location

• Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct a variety of activities for children, such as songs, games, and storytelling.

• Establish daily routines, provide positive guidance, and help build children's self-esteem.

• Deliver lessons based on the center’s curriculum.

• Monitor and assess students’ learning progress.

• Foster strong relationships with parents, staff, and students.

• Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive.

• Guide, motivate, and supervise Assistant Teachers/Classroom Helpers in their tasks.

• Adhere to assigned work shifts as per the center's schedule.

• Perform additional duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education or Pre-school Teaching is required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• A genuine passion for working with children.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
